A community of working owners. Not a chain. Not a corporate.

Every independent vet we know has had the same experience. We were trained to treat animals. We were not trained to price a service, hire a para-vet, read a profit and loss, fire someone fairly, choose a practice management system, negotiate with a distributor, build a brand, or plan an exit.

VPMC exists for one reason: to make the business of running an independent companion-animal practice in India easier, clearer, and more rewarding than it is today. We do that through workshops in cities across India, an annual conference, a twelve-week cohort programme for serious owners, and a quietly growing community of practice owners who know each other, trust each other, and lift each other up.

We are a community of working owners, not a school. We do not promise transformation in ninety days. We do shorten the distance between the question you have on Monday morning and the answer you can act on by Friday.

About the founder

Built by a practice owner — for practice owners.

Dr. Pooja Kadu has spent her career inside companion-animal practice in India — first as a clinician, then as the owner of a busy multi-vet clinic, and now as the founder of VPMC. She built the kind of organisation she wished had existed when she opened her own doors.

VPMC is shaped by what works on the floor, not what reads well in a textbook. Every workshop, every cohort, every framework comes from real practices — Indian, independent, and owner-led.

ii.What members say

The room you wish you had on Monday morning.

VPMC took the loneliest part of running my practice — the business side — and turned it into a community of people who actually understand what I do.

Twelve weeks in the Accelerator did more for my P&L than three years of trying to figure it out on my own.

Finally, a room full of vets who own the practice. The conversations alone are worth the membership.
